At JPJG / Duck ’n Vibes, each print-on-demand item is made especially for you after your order is placed.

Because these products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or if the wrong size or color was ordered.

Please check the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

your order number;
a brief description of the problem;
clear photographs showing the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

There is usually no need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Wrong size or color

Because every print-on-demand product is made specifically for your order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds when the size or color selected at checkout was incorrect.

We strongly recommend checking the size guide available on the product page before ordering.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds simply because you change your mind after placing or receiving your order.

Lost packages

If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect shipping address / unclaimed packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package was not claimed, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

Before returning anything

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. We will provide instructions if a physical return is required.
