Where are your products made?
For now, our products come from a B2B partner's catalog. Almost all are certified GOTS · OEKO-TEX Standard 100 · Fair Wear · PETA Vegan
The design and embroidery are carried out in France, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region
The future of Je Peux Pas J'ai Golf lies in developing our own clothing line, including projects involving a BIO Cotton Linen creation and another Merino Wool Silk creation.

Why are some products made to order?
We believe in creating products for people, not in filling warehouses.
Although we keep a small amount of stock, most of our items are only made once an order has been placed. This approach helps reduce waste while prioritizing quality over inventory management.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Production generally takes between 7 and 10 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on the option you choose at checkout (home delivery or pickup point)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Can I return my order?
Of course, and without having to provide a reason, within the 14-day period provided for by the consumer code.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide whenever one is available.
If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger one for greater comfort.
Do you deliver outside France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, and Spain?
For now, we are focusing primarily on customers in these EU countries

In our small workshop in Ardèche, every order is carefully prepared before being shipped.
Your items are protected, placed in a kraft paper bag, delicately wrapped in tissue paper, and inspected one last time before shipping.
